


This is the same as the back, shoulder and neck routine but instead of the whole back
being worked, just the upper half of the back is done.
This is ideal for clients who spend a lot of time at a desk or computer etc.
Again a shortened version of this can be adapted to be done fully clothed,
using the seat. This is something that can be done at your place of work,
even whilst you are sat at your desk during a break!
